I have a big problem with Jealousy with one particular person, and this video helped me a lot.
When someone tells me they’re jealous of something I have, I’ll tell them I’m jealous of something they have. Because if the person I’m jealous of told me they were jealous of something I had, I would feel pretty good about myself. That makes me feel like they’re not better than me.
For instance if someone tells me they’re jealous of My hair, I’ll say “really? I wish I had yours! It’s so beautiful!”

I have an ex boyfriend and i have to see him at school everyday and i have to see him with other girls, and it makes me jealous. i want to be over him so bad, and i have cried over him so many nights. I would love to know how to get over him.
