There is a part of your brain which assists in the release of chemicals when we evoke an emotion. It cant distinguish between remembering an actual event or an imagined one. The process of giving your attention to something real, past, present, future activates it within your vibration or energy field.

Most nights, I sleep with my hands in that same position. When she said that you would naturally start bringing your hands to that chakra, I wondered if that’s what I was doing while I slept.

Hehe :D. I think that if you REALLY don’t know how confidence feels like, you could try emulating. For instance, watch some James Bond movies, observe how he acts, imagine how would you feel if you were confident, composed and cool like him. Also, Tom Cruise in “Top Gun”, or Brad Pitt in “Fight Club” could be good inspirations. Or maybe you personally know someone who has a lot of self- confidence? Really, the possibilities are endless…
