you’re so right! i had a roommate in college who i thought was a really good friend but little remarks she would make ruined my self esteem and made her feel better about herself. its was like she was feeding off me! she even talked crap about me to my boyfriend behind my back. choose your friends and the people you surround yourself with wisely!!!

thankk you.! i have many compliments about my personality,outer beauty,things,ect. but somehow ive always had a little part of me to be unsure if im pretty ,ect.although im confident! but ive learned someones always gonna be better at something and that i am beautiful and need to be happy with who i am,thankss.(:
so she got so mad everyday she would call and leave messages and texts messages saying i was ugly i was nothing, nobody loves you that really brought me down because she would do it everyday but listening to your video really brought my spirit up

This is a very beautiful message. I love it. You are so right that beauty begins from within and projects outward. It takes self-love and confidence, and taking good care of yourself to in order for your beauty to shine. Another thing we have to remember is that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You are so right that not everyone is going to think each individual is beautiful. It begins with self-acceptance and love.
